We’re opening a nano brewery because we believe there’s a sweet spot between commercial beer and boutique craft brews - and we’re passionate about filling it.

Andrew’s love for beer, especially traditional, malt-forward European styles, has inspired us to create honest, handmade beer that’s full of character, not hype.

Our brewery is built around community—welcoming mates, family, and even your four-legged friends (inspired by our beloved staffy, Ocker). We’re proud to use locally sourced ingredients where we can, and our beers are brewed using rainwater, keeping things sustainable and uniquely Australian.

At its heart, this brewery is about bringing people together over great beer, brewed the old-fashioned way—with care, by hand, and with a whole lot of love.

A traditional German dark lager with a deep, rich colour and a clean malt profile. Hints of chocolate add depth without heaviness, making it a smooth, refreshing choice—even on warm summer days.

Draft 4% Alc Vol
Built for mates, sunshine, and Hopetoun life down here.
A warm amber-coloured ale inspired by classic Aussie draught. It carries a gentle bitterness balanced with a touch of sweetness around the edges, making it smooth, easy-drinking, and satisfying from the first sip to the last.

Saison 6% Alc Vol
Praised for its intelligence and energetic flavours, with a potential for mischief.

A light golden Belgian Ale, perfect for summer sipping. This brew offers a refreshing balance of fruity esters and subtle spicy notes, delivering a crisp, lively finish that’s both classic and easy-drinking.

Crisp. Refreshing. Bloody easy to love. Just like the legend himself.
Pouring a pale gold in colour, this crisp and refreshing brew opens with sweet malt and a hint of fruit on the nose. Balanced bitterness with light citrus notes rolls through a medium-light body, finishing clean and leaving you keen for another sip.
